HEALTHY OATS UPMA
OATS UPMA :
A healthy start to a day is a step towards
healthy lifestyle.
Try out our 3 step Oats Upma recipe.
INGREDIENTS
:
1 cup Oats
2 green chilies
¼ tsp ginger (chopped)
¼ cup chopped vegetables
1 tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
Hing as per taste
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Turmeric as per taste
Salt as per taste
Lemon juice as per taste
Coriander leaves
PREPARATION
:
Heat Olive Oil in non stick cooking pan. On
heating add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Hing, Ginger, chopped onion,Tomatoes,Green
Chillies and turmeric powder.
Add 1 cup Oats . little water and cover it
with lid on medium flame gas.
After 2min add lemon juice (as per taste)
and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
